The leaves are finally changing! Everywhere you turn in KW you are met with brilliant yellow, burnt orange and blazing red leaves. I only hope that they don't drop too fast! A quick and easy outfit I wore to work this week when...I was running a little behind for work (no shock there). I was busy blogging away, I usually write blog posts in the mornings with a cup of tea, and the time just got away from me. Luckily I had this long sleeve, graphic dress from the Gap hanging at the front of my closet. Since it is cool in the mornings (and in the office) I grabbed my trusty navy cardigan which matched the diamond pattern in the dress. I quickly slipped on my boots, made a tea to go in my Starbucks mug and I was on my way (I actually got to work on time so it was all good).

I also cut my hair last week. It was looking a little fried and I was constantly getting my long hair stuck under my arm while I slept. It was a last minute decision and I went to a salon close to my work. I ultimately took 5 inches off and the stylist asked me, a few times, if I was sure about cutting that much off. I was looking for a change and gave her the green light. It is only hair after all and if I didn't like the length, I knew it would grow back. I am loving it! It is so much easier to blow dry and style and more importantly, it looks healthy again! While I do think I will let it grow in a little, I am pretty happy with this blunt, straight across, minimal layers look.
